The Innovation & Digitalization practice leverages both new and established innovation methods to enable our customers to find ideas for new products and to drive innovation. Using a structured, tool-supported methods (i.e. function-based solution search, customer journey) all involved individuals and departments are included in the process. This leads to faster innovation processes with a higher implementation ratios. Enabling digital product capabilities and business models represents a key focus of the Innovation & Digitalization practice.
